We’ve only been with Brighthouse 3 months but very happy. House is always in great shape. Everything very clean, which is not always easy with teens. No overwhelming chemical/toxins smell which is super important to me.

I have been using Brighthouse for nearly 10 years. After, going through many companies that left my house either unclean or damaged, I found Brighthouse to be a completely different experience. The office staff were immediately attentive and flexible. I have consistently had my house cleaned thoroughly, from top to bottom, and left smelling odorless. My attendant is professional, friendly, hard working and a pleasure to have in my home. The owner is hands on and the work is monitored. This service has been consistent through the years. I have highly recommended this company to family, friends and neighbors!

The best and most through cleaning people around. They are also extremely competitive, charging based on size of effort and not hours, and the price was even lower than the completion. They did a fabulous job on our house. We are getting ready for an open house to sell our home and the house was very dusty and dirty from recent renovations. It was likely more than a year since we cleaned the inside of our oven, but they made the kitchen spotless inside and out, as well as our two bathrooms. They spent five hours there--and nearly three hours on the kitchen itself--but I've never seen it so clean. The cleaners that I have encountered have been Immaculate. The customer service department responds to emails right away and process requests immediately. We had the good fortune of having this company work its magic in our home. They did a wonderful job.

I've been searching for a cleaning company that could do just that...clean my home, and tried several before finding them.I had my share of smokers (hated the smoke smell around me), had one that stayed on her phone the whole time she cleaned my house, then one that charged me $140.00 and the ladies (2) stayed in my house for 45 minutes...WHAT? where did they get their degrees that make them think that it is ok to charge $70+ an hour?But then I called Brighthouse and got the best customer service, my cleaner was such a sweet lady, that I requested her permanently and this is why:When I ordered my cleaning I gave them a list of things that I needed done and when Talina got here she did everything on the list and then some!!! she stayed at my house for the amount of time that I paid for and did some extra stuff while she waited for her time to be up.and Kelly (manager) also stop by to make sure that everything was done to my especifications.I m so please with Brighthouse that I recommend them to anyone looking for the BEST!

I don't have a "regular" cleaning person so it's been a different person almost every time and they’ve been excellent across the board. The cleaners are professional and efficient. This company is definitely different from the rest. Instead of sending four people to rush through your home in two hours for a deep clean, they send one person for a full 8 hours, or if you prefer they even offered to send 2 people for 4 hours. It's nice to know that there aren't so many strangers moving through your home like a cyclone. They definitely work at a fast pace, but they don't sacrifice details for speed. They GET it! I can do a quick vacuum and mop any day, but they do the things you don't get around to on the regular, like dusting blinds, wiping switchplates, and those grimy smudges around door handles. If you prefer a detailed clean, focused on your personal priorities, I'd highly suggest these folks.
